I work with individuals and couples on intimacy and connection. Sessions are confidential and judgment free.
I’m Anushka. I’m a psychologist and sex and relationship therapist. I hold a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity University Noida, a certification in Psychosexual Medicine and Therapy from JSS University, and Gottman Method Level 1 and 2 training in couples therapy.
For the past 3+ years I’ve worked with individuals and couples. I focus on sexual health concerns, relationship difficulties, and communication skills. I work with clients over 18 of all genders and sexualities.
Most people were never taught how to talk about these topics. Not by family. Not at school. Not even by past therapists.
My work is to create that space professionally and without judgment. I help clients build skills they were never taught.
You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. If any of this sounds like something you’ve searched at 1am, that’s reason enough to reach out.
You don’t need to relate to all of these. Even one is enough of a starting point.
Discussing personal and sensitive concerns requires trust. Here’s how that trust is protected:
Read my full confidentiality policy for complete details.
Not sure what to expect from a first session? It’s simpler than you think. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand.
Here’s what actually happens.
You reach out
Book a session directly through my website. Or send me a few lines about what’s bringing you here. You don’t need to explain everything. Just enough for me to get started.
Your first session
This is a conversation, not an assessment. I’ll ask about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and a bit of your background. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. No judgment for where you’re starting from.
A plan takes shape
Once I understand your situation, I’ll explain how I can help. I’ll also share what approach fits and roughly how many sessions it might take. You’ll always know what to expect before committing to anything.
Ongoing sessions, at your pace
We’ll typically meet weekly or biweekly. Sessions can be in person or online. Progress isn’t linear. That’s normal. I keep the space consistent even when the process feels slow.
You're in control throughout
You decide what to discuss and how deep to go each session. I maintain confidentiality at every step. You can ask me questions about the process anytime.
A note if this is your first time in therapy:
Most of my clients have never sat down with a therapist before. There’s no “right” way to start. No need to prepare anything. Just show up as you are.
You don’t need the right words yet. You only need to take the first step.
Still have a question?
I personally respond to all enquiries within one business day.
No. Most clients start with a general sense that something isn’t working, not a clear diagnosis. Part of the first session is helping you understand what you’re actually dealing with.
Not at all. Most first time clients have never done this before. There’s no right way to start, and no expectation that you’ll know what to say or how sessions work in advance.
No. You don’t need a crisis or a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Ongoing stress in a relationship, discomfort around intimacy, or simply wanting to understand yourself better are all valid reasons to reach out.
If it’s affecting your confidence, your relationship, or your day to day life, it’s worth addressing. You don’t need to wait until a concern feels severe to talk about it.
