Online sex therapy for individuals and couples navigating desire, intimacy, and sexual health concerns. Confidential sessions with a trained psychologist.
Sexual health concerns are common, treatable, and rarely talked about openly, especially in Indian households where the topic is often avoided entirely, even between partners. Sex therapy gives you a confidential, judgment free space to understand what’s happening and work through it, whether you’re coming in alone or with a partner.
Many Indian couples, particularly those who came together through family introductions or a shorter courtship, enter marriage having built genuine compatibility around family, finances, and shared values, without ever having built a shared understanding of intimacy or sexual compatibility. This isn’t a personal failing on either partner’s part. It’s simply a conversation that traditional courtship rarely makes space for. Sex therapy helps couples build that understanding directly, often for the first time.

What Sex Therapy Is, and What It Isn't
A lot of hesitation around sex therapy comes from not knowing what actually happens in a session, so it’s worth being direct about it. Sex therapy is talk therapy. Sessions involve conversation, the same as any other therapy session. There is no physical examination, no physical contact, and nothing is ever demonstrated in session. You stay fully clothed throughout, and nothing happens that you haven’t agreed to discuss.
This is also different from seeing a sexologist. A sexologist typically addresses the physical and medical side of sexual health, hormones, medication, physical causes. Sex therapy addresses the psychological and relational side: anxiety, shame, communication, past experiences, and the patterns affecting your intimacy. The two are complementary, not competing, and if a physical cause seems likely, a medical evaluation alongside therapy is often recommended.
How Sessions Work
Sessions are approached with complete clinical professionalism, using an eclectic approach that draws from psychosexual training, behavioural techniques, and, for couples, the Gottman Method. Every session is grounded in the understanding that sex and intimacy involve skills, not something you’re simply born good or bad at. Those skills can be learned and rebuilt at any stage of life, including well after marriage.
You set the pace. Nothing is discussed before you’re ready to discuss it.

Either works. Many concerns can be addressed individually, and your partner can join later if relevant.
That’s common, and it doesn’t stop you from starting. Many concerns can be worked through individually, and some clients find their partner becomes more open to joining once they see it’s simply a conversation.
No. You share at your own pace. The first session is about understanding your situation generally, not requiring full detail immediately.
