Online relationship counselling for couples working through communication, trust, or connection issues. Confidential sessions with a trained psychologist.
Every relationship goes through periods of disconnect, conflict, or distance. Couples therapy gives you and your partner a structured, guided space to work through what’s not working, together, with someone trained to help you actually get somewhere.
It’s common to hold back from couples therapy, not because the relationship doesn’t need it, but because reaching out can feel like admitting the marriage is failing, or worrying that a therapist will simply push you toward separation, or that word will somehow reach family. None of that is the goal here. Therapy is not directive toward any outcome, including divorce, and everything discussed stays between you and me. Reaching out is a sign you’re taking the relationship seriously, not a sign it’s already over.

The Family Dimension
For many Indian couples, extended family involvement isn’t a side issue, it’s a central part of how the relationship actually functions day to day. Divided loyalty between parents and a spouse, differing expectations around family boundaries, and outside opinions on the marriage itself all shape the dynamic between two partners. This is addressed directly in sessions, not treated as separate from the relationship work.
How Sessions Work
Couples sessions are conducted with both partners present. Using the Gottman Method alongside other evidence based approaches, sessions focus on identifying the patterns driving conflict or distance, rebuilding communication, and creating practical tools you both use outside of sessions, not just insight without action.
This isn’t about deciding who’s right. It’s about understanding what’s actually happening between you and building a way through it.
Your Privacy Is Protected

No. Many couples start therapy simply to strengthen communication, not because something is broken.
You can start individually. Many relationship concerns can be worked through one on one, and your partner can join later if they’re open to it.
No. Therapy doesn’t push toward any particular outcome, including divorce. The goal is to help you both understand what’s happening and decide together what you want to do about it.
No. Sessions are strictly confidential, and nothing is shared with family members without your explicit consent.
This depends on what you’re working through. Some couples see change in a handful of sessions, others benefit from longer term work. This is discussed openly after your first session.
